How to write to us

From the app, in Settings › Help and about › Write to us: your message reaches us with the app and iOS versions, so we can help faster.

Or by email at hello@tagaro.app. We answer as soon as we can, in English or in Spanish.

Your account

You sign in with your email: you get a six-digit code, no passwords. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and wait a minute before asking for another.

Your journal is kept in your account, so if you change iPhone, signing in with the same email brings it all back.

Taking your journal with you

In Settings › Your data › Export my journal you get a file with all your moments, photos and voice notes. It’s yours, whenever you want.

Deleting your account

In Settings › Your data › Delete my account. Your moments, photos, voice notes and everything else are deleted for good. It can’t be undone, so you can export it first.

AI, on or off

AI is optional: you turn it on or off in Settings › Privacy and AI. Without it, Tagaro keeps everything the same and brings back this day in other years, but it doesn’t write titles, ask questions or write the line for each week.

What is sent, to whom and what for, in the privacy policy.

Taking your mood into account

It’s a separate switch, off unless you turn it on, in Settings › Privacy and AI. If you turn it on, Tagaro notes how you’re doing when it reads each moment, only to know when to stay quiet and what to bring you; it never shows it to you. If you turn it off, everything noted is deleted.

Notifications

One a day at most, and never during your quiet hours. You turn them on, and choose what shows on the locked iPhone, in Settings › Notifications.

Your subscription

Apple manages it: you change or cancel it on your iPhone, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

If you delete your account, cancel the subscription there too, because Apple charges it. If you change iPhone, you can restore your purchases in Tagaro.

A journal that asks for just enough

Tagaro keeps each day in a word, a photo or your voice, and at night it asks you one thing. Coming soon to iPhone: leave your email and we’ll write to you the day it’s out.

Only to write to you once, the day Tagaro is out on the App Store. You can leave whenever you like. Privacy.
